Service packages designed specifically to suit your requirements and minimise downtime.
Preventative maintenance is a cornerstone of our service and maintenance packages
We believe in taking proactive measures to prevent breakdowns and keep your equipment operating at its best. Our technicians follow strict maintenance schedules to perform tasks such as lubrication, component replacements, calibration, and system testing. By adhering to these preventative measures, we minimise the risk of unexpected breakdowns and optimise the overall performance of your equipment.
To ensure that you don't miss our scheduled visits, we strive to offer proactive communication. Four weeks before our planned service visit, we reach out to you with a provisional date. This allows you to plan ahead, make necessary arrangements, and ensure that our team can access your facility during the scheduled visit. By maintaining open lines of communication, we prioritise convenience and strive to create a seamless service experience for our customers.
Intensive multi-point check
Our service features an intensive multi-point check where we inspect all mechanical and electrical components such as wheels, brakes, contactors and limit switches and lubricate and ajust accordingly. A report is issued on completion of the work, detailing any defect found along with recommendations for repair or renewal.
A Eurocrane service not only provides peace of mind for operating efficiency but also satisfies your obligation of regular maintenance as stipulated in the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER 1998).
